Today has been quite hectic as I had a few things I needed to get done and realising that I need to make a few calls and also have a few phone meetings. I am having an active week again with many things planned, but sadly I don’t have time to complete the ‘Nasi Lemak’ recipe. So I’ll put that on hold for a while (sorry… :(). I’m getting my video editing software in place and I’ll put together a couple of videos including the sausage making course I took, and share the recipe used in the course. If you would like to take part in such courses you should visit Feri’s Sausage Facebook Page for more information on such events or contact Ferenc directly if you have a group ready. Also you could visit Feri’s Blog to check when is the next one to secure your space in the upcoming sausage making course! What you’ll get is instructions on the different kinds of cuts used in sausage making, the equipments used, herbs and spices, how to fill the sausage casing and more! The best part is that you’ll get to taste your handywork and get to take some home for the hungry eager bunch at home!
The next thing I have to do is share the long story (well maybe not too long) of my Pole journey as I promised one of the ladies in the forum to write about it. Everyone’s got their story how they started, so I’ll spill the beans. This week will be a short week as I’m off to celebrate my anniversary and birthday few weeks earlier than planned, making room to celebrate my father in law’s 70th birthday party. Won’t tell you where I’ll be, just yet, but I’ll definitely ‘pen’ it down!
